Eligibility: The HR Stars Awards is open to all HR professionals and C-suite leaders who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in their respective field. Each of the categories has its own criteria, and nominees must meet the specific criteria for the category they are nominated in. Awards are available to Malaysia-based companies . Please refer to the FAQs page for more information.

Nomination Process: Nominations for the HR Stars Awards can be submitted online through the official website. All nominations must include the nominee’s correct spelling and other required information. Once a nomination is submitted, no changes or updates will be allowed.

Nominee Verification: Chief of Staff Asia reserves the right to verify the information provided by nominees during the nomination process. Nominees may be required to provide additional information or documentation to support their nomination.

Judging Process: All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will evaluate each nominee based on their accomplishments and contributions to the HR field. The judges’ decision is final and binding.

Conflict of Interest: Any judge, sponsor, or employee of the HR Stars Awards or its affiliated organisations who is nominated for an award will be disqualified from the judging process for that award.

Confidentiality: All information submitted during the nomination process will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the HR Stars Awards.

Disqualification: The HR Stars Awards reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who fails to meet the eligibility criteria or who violates these terms and conditions.

Acceptance: By accepting an award, the winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the HR Stars Awards.

Indemnification: The nominee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the HR Stars Awards, its sponsors, and their respective affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the nominee’s participation in the HR Stars Awards.

Waiver: The failure of the HR Stars Awards to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Awards: The HR Stars Awards trophy will be delivered to the winners via shipment. Winners will be notified in advance and their names will be listed as recipients of the award on our website and in the Chief of Staff Asia Magazine. Please note that winners’ contact information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed publicly.

Publicity: By submitting a nomination, you grant the Chief of Staff Asia the right to use your name, company name, and other relevant information for the purposes of promoting and publicizing the award.

Limitation of Liability: The HR Stars Awards and its sponsors are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or other issues that may arise during the nomination or judging process.

Modification: The HR Stars Awards reserves the right to modify or cancel the awards at any time, without notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the HR Stars Awards is held.

By submitting your nomination, you (“the User”) hereby acknowledge and agree that you are automatically subscribing to our Chief of Staff Asia mailing list. This subscription is part of the nomination submission process and will allow the User to receive communications such as newsletters, updates, and personal notifications from the Chief of Staff Asia.

Please note that once subscribed, the User can choose to opt-out or unsubscribe from the mailing list at any given time by following the unsubscribe link provided in every email or by reaching out to the provided contact details. However, the User’s nomination submission will not be affected by the User’s choice to opt-out or unsubscribe from the mailing list.
