Judging for Finalists
Date: Feb 23-Mar 1, 2026
Post-nomination, the scrutiny begins. Our awards committee will dive into the submissions, selecting 2-3 finalists for each category. This evaluation is based on the responses and evidence provided in the submitted forms. Finalists are chosen through a comprehensive and unbiased process, ensuring the cream of the crop rises to the top.
Finalists Announcement
Date: March 1, 2026
Keep an eye on your inbox, social media platforms, and the Chief of Staff Asia website on 1st March. This is when the finalists for the HR Stars Awards 2025 will be publicly announced, bringing well-deserved recognition to the top contenders in each category.
Presentation Preparation and Schedule
Date: Finalists must choose between March 2-14, 2026
Following the announcement, finalists will be given two weeks to prepare for a 15-minute presentation, delivered online to our panel of judges. Each finalist will choose a specific date within the provided range to present their case. Detailed instructions and the data required for the presentation will be communicated via email, exclusively to the finalists.
Winners Announcement
Date: April 25, 2026
The climax of the HR Stars Awards 2024 is the announcement of the winners on April 25th. This will be the moment when the outstanding achievements of top HR professionals are celebrated.
