The deadline for submissions is Monday, 27 October 2025, giving organisations ample time to prepare their entries. Following the close of nominations, a rigorous two-tiered judging process commences. A maximum of five finalists are selected for each category, who are then invited to present their nomination to the judging panel via online video conference. This panel comprises key editorial staff from Chief of Staff Asia, including founder and Chief Editor Paul Howell, alongside selected HR industry stalwarts from the Singapore, ensuring a comprehensive and expert evaluation of each entry.
