The deadline for submissions is Sunday, 15 December 2024, giving organisations ample time to prepare their entries. Following the close of nominations, a rigorous two-tiered judging process commences. A maximum of four finalists are selected for each category, who are then invited to present their nomination to the judging panel via online video conference. This panel comprises key editorial staff from Chief of Staff Asia, including founder and Chief Editor Paul Howell, alongside selected HR industry stalwarts from Malaysia, ensuring a comprehensive and expert evaluation of each entry.
