The 2025 HR Stars Awards Thailand is guided by a judging panel made up of experienced HR leaders, practitioners, and coaches who understand the realities of people leadership in today’s organisations. Each judge brings a distinct professional lens shaped by years of hands-on experience across industries, cultures, and organisational contexts.
Together, they ensure that nominations are evaluated with care, credibility, and a deep appreciation for the work behind every HR initiative.
Woochan Lim, Future Development Manager for People and Culture at Teczen Co., Ltd. under the Hyundai Motor Group, brings strong expertise from advanced manufacturing and global automotive environments. His career spans labour relations, workforce operations, compliance-driven HR, and large-scale organisational capability building. At Teczen, he has played a key role in establishing people systems for a growing global manufacturing organisation, with a focus on talent development, performance management, and inclusive culture. As a judge, he offers a grounded and future-oriented perspective on sustainable people practices.
Patiparn Rabiab, Director of HR Business Partnering at DKSH Thailand, brings over 17 years of experience across consumer goods, banking, retail, aerospace, trading, and supply chain industries. He is known for aligning HR strategy closely with business priorities and for using data-driven insight to support leadership development, organisational change, and workforce performance. His broad industry exposure allows him to assess HR excellence with both strategic clarity and practical understanding.
Chiraporn Chongmankongcheep, also known as Coach Aeh, is a seasoned coach, trainer, and HR consultant with more than 25 years of experience across local and multinational organisations. Formerly a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, she now works as a freelance consultant and professional coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation. With extensive coaching experience, she brings a development-focused lens to judging, particularly in areas of leadership growth, learning effectiveness, and succession planning.
Korkaew Kampananon, Human Resources Manager at OnRamp, contributes a strong operational and people-centred perspective. Her experience spans HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. She is recognised for designing practical HR programmes that support business growth while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a judge, she evaluates submissions with clarity, balance, and a strong understanding of core HR effectiveness.
As the HR Stars Awards Thailand continues to grow, the judging panel will expand to include more senior HR leaders and practitioners who share a commitment to recognising meaningful people impact.
