His leadership focuses on aligning talent, culture, and business growth to build scalable and inclusive organisations.
Ami Kastari, Chairwoman of HR Unggul Indonesia, brings over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, construction, and public sector environments. Certified as an HR Director and Licensed Assessor, she specialises in HR strategy, organisational development, and occupational health and safety. As a judge, she offers a grounded and balanced perspective, combining strong governance with a deep commitment to people development.
Achmad Ziki Rahmad Hidayat, Head of Employee Engagement at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia, is known for his people-centred leadership and ability to translate strategy into meaningful employee experiences. With experience across multiple industries, he has played a key role in shaping a workplace culture that earned DHL Supply Chain Indonesia recognition as one of the country’s best workplaces. His expertise spans human capital management, employee relations, communication strategy, and organisational culture.
Reno Rafly, VP of People Experience and Organisational Strategy at Paxel Indonesia, brings more than 15 years of global HR experience across talent management, organisational development, and HR technology. With an academic background in organisational behaviour and psychology, she combines research-driven insight with practical application, helping organisations adopt HR solutions that support future workforce needs.
Abdi Hamdani, Board of Advisor for Human Capital at ABC Vision Capital, is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience leading transformation across large and complex organisations. His background spans manufacturing, FMCG, and capital investment environments, supported by strong academic credentials and extensive experience in mergers, restructuring, and leadership development. His perspective brings strategic depth to the judging process.
