The HR Stars Awards for Singapore in 2024 has come to a close.

After more than 50 individual nominations, 21 finalist presentations, and some painstaking deliberations, the programme wraps up today with the publishing of the exclusive Commemorative Guide.

Download or read the guide online from Chief of Staff Asia’s regional website.

It contains the real-world stories and case studies from each of the 11 winners, from Raffles Hospital‘s vital medical training programmes, to Indeed’s innovative strategies to ensure diversity and inclusion across the company’s Singapore workforce.

You’ll learn how FDM Group has reimagined its graduate training programme, and also how DXC Technology is investing in data analytics within its own HR function to make better decisions, faster.

But the biggest winner in this year’s HR Stars Awards was the Employer of Choice for 2024, Razer Inc. The home-grown gaming and technology giant is having a major impact on the world stage right now, and much of that comes down to its 1,800-strong workforce in Singapore. The company takes a worldwide view of employee wellbeing and talent retention that caught the attention of our judges in multiple categories.

The HR Stars Awards for Singapore kicks off again very soon. Nominations for the 2025 programme will be open between March 3 and May 4. Could your organisation be our next Employer of Choice Award winner?
