With more than four decades of experience spanning law enforcement, security, and human resources, Toh Siew Pat has built an impressive career rooted in discipline, expertise, and a passion for knowledge sharing. Starting as a police inspector with the Royal Malaysian Police, he transitioned into corporate security management before finding his true calling in human resources and industrial relations. Today, as a freelance HR and IR Trainer & Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, he brings a wealth of practical insights to his training programmes.

A Maxwell Certified speaker and trainer, as well as an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Toh has a distinctive approach to training. He seamlessly integrates his investigative, law enforcement, legal, leadership, and HR management experiences into his courses, which cover critical topics like Understanding the Employment Act 1955, Managing Difficult Employees, Performance Management and KPIs, and Conducting Investigations and Domestic Inquiries.
