Some of the most meaningful HR work never makes headlines. It happens quietly in conversations, in systems redesigned behind the scenes, and in decisions made with people in mind. Often, teams move straight from one challenge to the next without stopping to acknowledge how much progress they have made.

The HR Stars Awards Indonesia exists to change that. It offers a moment to pause and tell the story behind the work. The story of how a culture shifted, how trust was rebuilt, or how employees were supported through change. These are not one-off projects. They are the result of months, sometimes years, of commitment and careful leadership.

Recognising this, the nominations for the 2026 HR Stars Awards Indonesia have been extended and will now remain open until 19 January. The extension is an invitation. An invitation to look back on the initiatives that mattered, to gather the outcomes that followed, and to give those efforts the recognition they deserve.

Every nomination begins with a story. It might be about a leadership programme that helped managers grow into their roles, a wellbeing initiative that improved daily working life, or a digital transformation that made HR more accessible to employees. What matters is not the size of the organisation or the scale of the project, but the intention behind it and the impact it created.

Submitting a nomination is also a way of honouring the people involved. HR work is rarely done alone. It reflects teamwork, resilience and a shared belief in creating better workplaces. Sharing that story allows others in the HR community to learn, reflect and feel inspired to lead with the same care.

If your organisation has work worth telling, there is still time. The extended nomination period offers one more chance to step forward and be part of the 2026 HR Stars Awards Indonesia.
