Doan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience driving strategic human resources initiatives within global organisations. As HR Director at Bosch Global Software Technologies, she oversees HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness, ensuring alignment between people priorities and business goals. She is recognised for her ability to build high-performing teams and nurture a culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Throughout her career, Doan has led comprehensive HR programmes across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Her pragmatic and people-centric approach enables her to deliver practical solutions that enhance organisational capability and support sustainable growth. She has a strong record of developing leaders and teams that excel in dynamic and competitive environments.

Woochan Lim is a strategic HR and people culture leader with a strong track record across advanced manufacturing industries, including secondary battery production and global automotive technology. He currently serves as Future Development Manager (People & Culture) at Teczen Co., Ltd., a Hyundai Motor Group affiliate, where he leads people strategy, organisational capability building, and culture transformation initiatives that support long-term business growth and workforce engagement.

Woochan began his career in the secondary battery manufacturing sector at Sebang Battery, where he gained hands-on experience in labour relations, workforce operations, and compliance-driven HR management within a high-reliability industrial environment. This foundation shaped his practical understanding of shop-floor dynamics, safety-critical operations, and the importance of fair and consistent people practices in manufacturing-led organisations.

Building on this experience, Woochan has since played a key role in designing and implementing forward-looking HR frameworks in fast-growing, technology-driven organisations. At Teczen, he has been instrumental in establishing people and organisational systems for a newly formed global manufacturing entity, with a focus on talent development, performance management, organisational culture, and employee experience. His work bridges operational HR excellence with future-oriented people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Throughout his career, Woochan has championed inclusive workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and continuous learning. His hands-on and data-informed approach to people management has enabled him to deliver high-impact HR programs that balance organisational performance with individual growth. Having worked within multinational corporate frameworks, he brings a strong appreciation for cross-cultural perspectives, governance, and collaborative leadership.

Paul Howell is one of Asia’s most experienced business journalists covering workplaces and the HR profession in the region. With a media career spanning more than 20 years, and bases in Melbourne, Dhaka, Singapore, and Hong Kong, he is adept at building large-scale professional communities and empowering them with news, insights, and relevant analysis.

After leading the US-owned HRM Magazine in Singapore for more than 10 years, he launched Chief of Staff Asia in September 2021.
