Woochan Lim is a strategic HR and people culture leader with a strong track record across advanced manufacturing industries, including secondary battery production and global automotive technology. He currently serves as Future Development Manager (People & Culture) at Teczen Co., Ltd., a Hyundai Motor Group affiliate, where he leads people strategy, organisational capability building, and culture transformation initiatives that support long-term business growth and workforce engagement.

Woochan began his career in the secondary battery manufacturing sector at Sebang Battery, where he gained hands-on experience in labour relations, workforce operations, and compliance-driven HR management within a high-reliability industrial environment. This foundation shaped his practical understanding of shop-floor dynamics, safety-critical operations, and the importance of fair and consistent people practices in manufacturing-led organisations.

Building on this experience, Woochan has since played a key role in designing and implementing forward-looking HR frameworks in fast-growing, technology-driven organisations. At Teczen, he has been instrumental in establishing people and organisational systems for a newly formed global manufacturing entity, with a focus on talent development, performance management, organisational culture, and employee experience. His work bridges operational HR excellence with future-oriented people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Throughout his career, Woochan has championed inclusive workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and continuous learning. His hands-on and data-informed approach to people management has enabled him to deliver high-impact HR programs that balance organisational performance with individual growth. Chiraporn Chongmankongcheep

Coach, Trainer & HR Consultant

Chiraporn or Coach Aeh (Coolio) is a highly experienced coach, trainer, and HR consultant with more than 25 years of experience across local and multinational organisations. Her career includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she led comprehensive people strategies, culture transformation initiatives, performance management frameworks, and organisation and people development programmes. Her strong grounding in HR leadership enables her to bridge business objectives with human-centred development.

Currently, Chiraporn works as a freelance HR consultant, executive, leadership and career coach, and team coach, partnering with clients from diverse industries to unlock individual and collective potential. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC) holder accredited by the International Coach Federation. With more than 800 coaching hours, she applies a thought-provoking and creative coaching approach grounded in ICF ethics and core competencies.

As a Judge for the HR Stars Awards Thailand, Chiraporn brings a development-focused and practical perspective to recognising human capital excellence. Her experience in coaching, talent development, and succession planning allows her to assess submissions with a keen eye for leadership potential, impactful learning practices, and organisational initiatives that elevate performance and people experience.
