FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Nominations can come from top management, HR teams, or any internal employee who is familiar with the achievements of the nominee.
The first step is to go to the ‘Nominate Now’ tab and select from the available categories from your country. You’ll be prompted to fill out a few fields, including the nominee’s name, email address, and some contact information for yourself. At the bottom of the form, you’ll be able to upload your supporting documents and enter any additional information about your nominee.

Yes, but we will confirm all nominations from an HR team representative.
The Employer of Choice Award is judged based on a range of criteria that includes equality and diversity, employee engagement, innovation in the workplace, work-life balance, etc.
Not in 2024, unfortunately. However our goal is to include a gala presentation ceremony to the annual Singapore HR Stars Awards from 2025.
Deadline to submit the entries is on Sunday, 21 July at 11PM.
There is no limit on the number of entries you may submit. However, still try to think about the best category your nominee fits.
Yes, you can submit an entry if you are an international organisation with a presence in Singapore.
If you feel your entry is relevant to both categories, you can enter it in both. Just be sure to select the appropriate criteria for each category.
