Only one week to go before nominations open for the first-ever HR Stars Awards Vietnam.

In February 2026, organisations and HR leaders across Vietnam will be able to put forward the people initiatives, workplace cultures, and leadership practices that are shaping the future of work. This inaugural edition marks an important milestone, creating a dedicated platform to recognise HR excellence in Vietnam and connect it with the wider Southeast Asia HR community.

From impactful talent strategies to strong employee experiences and progressive leadership, the HR Stars Awards Vietnam will celebrate work that goes beyond policy and delivers real results for people and organisations.

We are also welcoming established HR leaders and industry practitioners to be part of our judging panel. As a judge, you will play a key role in recognising excellence and helping set a trusted benchmark for HR practices in Vietnam.
