The HR Stars Awards is coming to Vietnam for the first time.

In 2026, the HR Stars Awards will recognise organisations and HR leaders in Vietnam who are shaping meaningful, people-centred workplaces. From building resilient cultures to driving innovation in talent, learning, and leadership, this inaugural edition will spotlight the work that is moving Vietnam’s workforce forward.

Nominations for the 2026 HR Stars Awards Vietnam will open in February 2026. This marks an opportunity for organisations to share their people stories, celebrate impactful HR initiatives, and gain regional recognition alongside peers across Southeast Asia.

As part of this inaugural edition, we are also inviting respected HR leaders and industry practitioners in Vietnam to join our judging panel. Judges play a vital role in upholding the credibility of the awards and recognising excellence across the HR profession.
